  1. @Tmm28 I have heard of a score as low as 27 or 28 but it could be lower, but I'm not really for sure on the lowest score for acceptance. It could be different every semester.
  2. @Shante Nicole I went to the info session back in August and they urged us to take the HESI with Calhoun due to some test sections being omitted and there being a chance of being able to use the test score but IDK if they will or will not accept the scores for sure.
  3. @Brittney Barfield It was a huge group of us. I'm excited for what's to come. The math quiz was so unexpected LOL but I have to do the Star Institute tutoring for that quiz because I missed by a few points. I'm basically just waiting to be cleared to register because I have everything turned in and done.
  4. If you got into the Nursing Program at Calhoun for Spring 2025, send me friend request on Facebook and let me know that you got accepted into the program. I want us to get a group started so that we can study, go over material, etc.. My Facebook @Trae McCreary
  5. Yayy!! That's great and you sure can but I'm not active on there, I just follow a lot of groups and shop on fb marketplace LOL
  6. @nevaeh williams Letters are out, I got in! What about you??
  7. Yes, I hope today though and I will for sure let you know and you do the same.
  8. @nevaeh williams I had 43 points...I went to the info session and they said that you are pretty much good if you have 35 points or more so hopefully that's true this go round too...
  9. Hey Nevaeh, I was starting to think I was the only one who applied LOL, I could not find another discussion board anywhere. But anywho, I work part time and I'm finishing up my pre req classes, so that's how I been passing my time...I'm a little nervous but more so excited because it's finally here...the suspense is driving me crazy though...how many points did you end up having??
  10. Im shocked that this post has 412 views with no replies...come on in guys and reply to the post, interact, and lets get to somewhat know each other..don't be shy, let's help each other pass the time...
  11. Welp it's almost that time for the letters to be sent out, omgoodness I'm so excited it's like I been waiting forever LOL
  12. Hi Future Nurses, my name is Trae and I created this post as an outlet for us that applied or plan on applying to the Spring 2025 Nursing Program at Calhoun Community College. Let's chat, keep each other occupied, and pass the time until those acceptance letters drop, and then we can continue to motivate and help each other in class, at clinical, study groups, etc... I am so excited and somewhat nervous at the same time ( but I know my anxiety will kick in as it gets closer to the time for letter send outs LOL). If there are any current nursing students that can give us pointers on how to prepare for our first term, what to start studying to get ahead, and things in that nature...Please do reply and fill us in. Thanks! Good & Positive Vibes to ALL on their endeavors! "There is no such thing as failure, you only fail when you stop trying.”
