    I was arrested for Domestic assault and false imprisonment trying to obtain my car keys from my 19 year old, she has been having unmanaged seizures and one behind the wheel of my car hitting another car. She admitted to not taking medication properly and excessive drinking.. Tennessee law states no driving 6-12 months after a doctor release given. The police said I have no rights since I let her use the car for school! I was in jail 24 hours out on bond, my job let me go since arrested although court has not happened and not convicted.? Is that legal and true?
