  1. Ruh-ro. Well, I just ordered yesterday, so we'll see.
  2. I get why you'd want one, but I want to let you know that you really don't need an appointment! And if you do want to keep it, I'd make sure that your drug test authorization doesn't expire before that date. If you want to do a same-day walk-in, it's super easy. I did mine yesterday in Long Beach and you literally just check-in using your authorization number, scan your ID, and they call you when they're ready. It was probably a 10 minute wait, which wasn't bad.
  3. Hi CEP folks, I just want to check in and recap upcoming due dates between the two programs. Here's what I have, but please let me know if I'm missing something: 7/11: GWC, Complio documents due (1-8) 7/31: Orientation at GWC 8/1: GWC, Complio documents due (9-18) 8/1: CSUSB, Castle Branch background check and drug screen due 8/4: CSUSB ID card photo and payment due 8/15: ATI purchase due Class registration: TBD, we will be cleared after orientation Uniform: Purchase from Kay Anything missing? Let me know. If not, I hope this helps summarize the key dates so that we're all on track. So excited to meet everyone ?
  4. Nope! I haven't heard anything yet regarding my application. I also haven't set anything up for CSUSB yet and am focusing on getting Complio approved in the interim.
  5. Yes, I called and made all 4 appointments, but the email said you could walk in, too!
  6. Hi! I just want to give you a heads up that the physical for GWC includes four separate appointments with the health center over the span of 2 weeks. I know it's not due for quite some time, but I just want to give you a heads up so that you know that it'll take some time to check the boxes, appointment wise.
  7. OH MY GOSH, yes, there it is! Thank you, that was really helpful.
  8. Same! I think I'm going to give them a call today, I'm starting to get a bit nervous about not hearing back. My application has had no forward movement and I'm not sure why.
  9. Ahhh that's helpful, thank you! That makes me feel much much better.
  10. Y'all, I think I got my hopes up yesterday. The email from CSUSB said "Congratulations again on your acceptance to the Concurrent Enrollment Pathway (CEP) program" but the email from GWC today said, "Congratulations on your conditional acceptance to the GWC-CSUSB CEP Pathway." I had figured that the email from CSUSB was confirming acceptance, but I guess not? The confusing thing about this (and please correct me if I'm wrong) is that they said that if we did not get accepted to the CEP program, then we would be placed in the ADN pool of applicants. But contrary to that, their email states that we need to send transcripts to CSUSB by June 9, and I believe ADN applicants would be accepted by then, meaning that no spots would be available should CSUSB not accept our applications. I'm starting to get a little nervous, this is a bit too messy for my comfort level.
  11. Thank you, Im glad I'm not the only one! I do want to share that the reason why they could not find my transcripts was because they never prompted us to apply to CSUSB prior to sending them, so there was no student ID to attach them to so they were never formally transferred to the right place. So, I would totally follow up with the office to make sure they make it to the right department.
  12. Yeah, I wouldn't stress too much if they haven't reached out yet!
  13. Yes, I got an email from (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME - PLEASE DO NOT POST IDENTIFYING INFO ABOUT OTHERS) on May 13th prompting me to send over our transcripts. Also edit: after 51 minutes, we got a confirmation ?
