A coworker got in the program last June 2023 and she said they called her a week before the program started. I'm gona look for a job in case I don't get the call but aim just going to be patient for now. I am not sure why some people got called right away. Maybe they were top picks. I'm not sure.

I think soon because I saw the internal postings a few days ago.

I hope we hear from them today. Im waiting for LAMC. I'm an internal applicant and I applied for the new grad program that posted last week and it was automatically changed to "no longer in consideration.” I hope this is a good sign. ???. Good luck to you all. To all of us.

They did not say. I did not ask either. They also said we do an evidence based project with another person in the cohort. That's all.

Yes, that was the last question. Why Kaiser and can you attribute to the company. I was so nervous and I cnt remember much. But they also asked what type of clinical experience do I have? It was one question per person. So 5 questions. And they also asked if I have been in another new grad program. They said they had to ask that question.

Hi! There were interviews yesterday, today, and Monday. I chose today. They are 25 min slots. They thought I was someone else. I was the second appt for the day so I wonder if the first person didn't show up. And they are individual interviews. 5 very nice people, but professional of course. Thank you! I was very nervous. They said is 11 wks 40hrs, then you transition to 24 or 36 hrs. I'm guessing it starts in October because they said is a yr long and you graduate in October 2025. I hope this helps and provides some guidance.

I just finished my interview a few minutes ago. Everyone was nice. They asked me to answer a couple scenarios, which brought me back to the NCLEX. LOL. A time of conflict.

Hi everyone! Thanks for making this! I wish all of the best of luck. I too applied for the new grad program. I live 2 hrs away so I am anxious as I don't know if I made the right choice. Someone mentioned the pay, I don't know much about the program, but I think you get the raise after 6 months. I found a webinar for the NCAL new grad program. Maybe they work similar. Again, good luck. Does anyone have an interview date yet?
