the county hospitals in San Jose is a sure thing. But will we go to clinical sites down in morgan hill or some other cities up East like Berkeley / Alameda is a question....

I got in as welll! conditional accept... was told in the email they are still selecting who goes into which Sem. (Fall 2025/Spring 2026) Have a 95 out of 105 (maybe inflated before committee audit) ...but hey a score is a score. Wish all the people waiting luck. And mind if I ask where did the 600 applicants this year come from? dude 600?! Holy ... Mind sharing how do you know though?! 600 is like WAY TOO MANY (though still possible in the bay)...

Dude I was wondering the same thing this afternoon. Nothing! Checked my one.sjsu admission status. Nothing changed. I have some other schools that give out decision already but I am so cling on this one. Sigh I am a post-bac applicant myself. It seems like I am fighting a losing battle at times... =( (6 spot for us type out of 60 seats)

Got in . Received notice on Oct 1 . Mailed my application via the Post Office on May 28. (from outside the Butte county) Stats: GPA: 4.0 TEAS 7 online: 85.3% (1st try) 1000+ hrs of nurse helper experience. Bilingual+first gen don't know the score to get in or anything... (just posting this to give a data point)

When will SJSU announce the decision though? Via their in-campus email ? Or just personal email? Or even letters??

Hi there! Kind of late to the party? Any update yet? Login to my CSUSM account and found that my application status still shows 'evaluated' No nothing for update from the school....

I am the lazy type (not doing deep researches) and worked other fields previously, so not having quite lots of knowledge about the nursing field. Asked some coworkers of mine said go to Nevada or some other random schools out state. (no idea of what schools even till now) Mostly focusing on staying here in the bay, if not ... in state... Applied butte college and Shasta college up north , palomar college + CSUSM (down south)+ CSU stan so far ... planning to apply SJSU+CSUEB... also EVC (mostly south bay) Some said Cabrillo college and some other at Santa Barbara,,, but the possibility is an unknown...

Hi there! Thanks for the reply! Yeah someone comment below like the school itself opens on Aug 1 and NursingCAS opens on Aug 16. They take only 6 out of 60 for post - bac ... sigh I wish you could get in the program as well =]! Damn 98.7 on TEAS T_T you are def. getting in! Thanks for reaching out to SJSU nursing and doing all the verification work! Any back up plan if things don't work out? (asking for POST-bac because not all the schools accept us =()

GPA: 4.0 TEAS 7 online: 85.3% (1st try) - coreqs completed -first generation -1000+ hrs of CNA experience just wondering what is the NursingCAS application period? and What is the Spring 2025 SJSU application period? Do I have to be a Fall 2024 SJSU student in order to apply? EDIT 1: ALSO I am a POST BAC student... so only Spring semester would let me in...
