  1. Yes, I didn't go very in depth. Yes did the quizzes at the end of the chapter and read the rationales.
  2. Yes, I clepped MH and Maternity. I used mainly Quizl*ts and the NCLEX RN book under those sections.
  3. The transition class is all online. 5 weeks. She opens it all up so you can get it done. It's mostly weekly discussion boards, a culture assignment, and a dosage test that you have to make a 90 on. You have 4 attempts though! Test are proctored online for $20-28 dollars depending on how early you schedule or you can drive to campus or an approved testing center
  4. I studied about two weeks. I searched things like HESI A2 reading ect on quizlet. Don't forget to watch all of Jenny and nurse shai on YouTube. It really helps
  5. I studied about two weeks. I searched things like HESI A2 reading ect on quizlet. one was HESI reading and comprehension by stopittt and HESI anatomy & physiology (nurse hub) by BDB_1994 Don't forget to watch the YouTube videos from nurse shai and all of Jenny. They are spot on!
  6. It was a 92! Use nursehub for the science(paid version, there is coupon codes usually on Google) all of Jenny and nurse shai on YouTube and use quizlet!
  7. It is mostly online. You have to go to campus in Bowling Green at least once to clep out of skills lab(there's only like 12 available spots, it's first come first serve based off when they email you a sign up sheet), if you do not clep skills you have to go to campus three times for lab(every other week, 3 times total on a Wednesday or Friday for 4 hours) and you have clinical second semester every Monday or Tuesday (around Nashville TN and surrounding counties and Bowling Green)depending on when/where you pick. They offer you like 5 different hospitals to chose from first come first serve. (10 clinical days total) and the last semester you have to complete 120 hours with a nurse they pair you with at one of the hospitals around TN or KY they have a contract with and it has to be done in 6 weeks. I would not think it's very ideal for someone in Cali, being so far from campus/clinical sites. They are accredited though. Program is do able and most people work full time up until last semester. They give you the option to clep out of skills, maternity, and mental health which is helpful. You could graduate from the program with only taking 5 classes. Hope this helps!
  8. 12 months is accurate. A 5 week transition class first then 3 semesters.
  9. I'm a little late to the thread, but can anyone give some tips on what to study when trying to CLEP out of the nursing classes for WKU?
