Agree. This has been quite the experience. Prayers to all. We should all be proud for putting ourselves out there and having the courage to make it through yesterday's interviews. ?

Sorry, I'm not sure which part of the process you are referring to. Those who made it past the first interview did our second interview yesterday. If you were on of them- they told me we would know Wednesday. I have not received any calls or emails yet.

It was with the recruiter. The questions were basic- what inspired you to be a nurse and why this specialty. It was very short.

I'm so sorry. I know it's hard to recieve a rejection. I wouldn't say I live close, but it's also not super far. I do have extensive experience in nursing support roles and I had the opportunity to volunteer at Saddleback. Also, my senior preceptorship was in labor and delivery with a different hospital. Even though I got invited, I'm still nervous as there are very few positions available. Hang in there and don't lose hope. Something great will come your way!

That's really interesting. My application said complete and then the recruiter reached out for the phone screening/interview and gave me all the information on what to expect. I wonder why they would do that if I wasn't being considered?

My application only says "under consideration" if I go from the link in the initial email. Checking just from the candidate profile shows "complete". Good luck everyone! It's so tough out there.

I did the initial phone screening with the recruiter after applying. I have not received the update so I am assuming I was not chosen for in person interviews.

Mine did for about a day and then changed to "complete". I haven't gotten a rejection letter, but I don't have much hope.
