    After submitting *correct card information* and all that yesterday mine said that id previously scheduled and cannot reschedule. this morning I woke up to my license number in my email and on the database. So, it was correct for me anyways.

    You're 100% correct. I woke up this morning to my RN license on the database and the money in my account.

    Took my test at 0800 this morning, the same exact thing happened to me after submitting my card information. the 200 is showing as pending withdrawal from my account.
