Thank you all , im not ruling out the online option at all but i have been discouraged by family members to do it I guess because they are more traditional I dont know , but I have heard great things about it .i guess I still want to get the whole living on campus experience ..which i havnt had since as im getting my AS at a community college ..and I also feel I need the stimulation of the class room ..but hey i wont narrow my options at all . HEY my strong point seem to be in pharmacology does anybody have any suggestions on how i can use this strength to specialize ...in nursing

how does a nurse get into the clinical research field?

I am about to enter my last semester of nursing school and would like to get some advise on the best direction to take after i graduate . I will be getting my AS and would like to move on to my BSN I would like to do this in a timely manner and not have to spend a lot of time fulfilling too many university pre requirements .. and im not that interested in the online pathway . So i did some research and found florida sothern college and it seemed pretty flexible but I dont really know a lot about it . So i just want to get some suggestions on whats my best route as a soon to be new nurse who wants to get some work experience and earn a BsN then Msn .

yeah i kinda figured that out about those docs ..i agree about them being obsessed....I guess i just have to wait until i actually see first hand what both job titles entail then i can make more decisions but for now i guess i`ll continue with this..and give it ma all

Well i`ve just completed nursing 1 and now looking to go into nursing 2 but im still not sure if this is for me ..everytime i tell somebody im doing nursing they reply why dont you just become a doctor instead nurses do all the dirty work ...and after nursing 1 it seems like they were right ...my whole intension from the beginning was to be a CRNA ( id like to get some feed back on what that job is like ) and i would also like to figure out the fastest way to become a CRNA also ...Heres whats up ....When i get done with nursing school i`ll have my AS degree but i still would neeed a couple of pre-requist to transfer to university for my BSN ...and i would have to continue doing these classes at the community college after i have gotten my AS ( which i dont want to do ) so i was wondering if there are any good online programs which would offer me the same level of education without having to ge all those pre-requsits so i can get my BSN faster then on to my MSN in anesthetics.. ( so torn now)

WOW thanks everybody for your suggestions ...i`ll definately look take a look on all those websites and stuff ...and the book im using is actually dimensional math for meds .........so i`ll have to take a look on that .......thanks for the support ..nuff love to all of ya..:balloons:to days ma bday tooo lol........ plus its labour day so no school :balloons:

i just started nursing school and the pressure is on its been 3 days and we have done so many chapters already .....then i found out we wont be allowed to procede in the program if we dont pass the the dosage exams ...you have to get less than two wrong ...so i was wondering if anybody could offer any advise on how to keep organised ,,minimize the anxiety and the best way to focus on the important stuff and not get flustered and also how to cope with the math .....im not really good in math at all need all the help i can get ............thanks in advance:idea:
