Hello All, just looking for some guidance. I began my LPN to RN bridge at Jersey College (Teterboro) in Aug 2022 I was suppose to finish this past Friday. however, I failed OB by .25 of a point. I took it with grace and accepted that's what it was so I repeated the class and they used my FA. I failed the class again by . 55 of a point. They are academically withdrawing me because they stated we can only repeat 2 times the same class. I did not see that policy in any of the paper work we signed or policies that were provided to us. there are ppl who are repeating for a 3 time yet they are just kicking me out. Keep in mind that this is my 6 out of 7th term and I've already invested 21 months and 25k. im wondering if its worth fighting and getting an attorney if I have a case at all thank you so much
