  1. New Grad RN Residency Programs in Colorado - Seeking Advice

    Hi everyone! I'm looking into new grad RN residency programs in CO. I'm not from the area where I would love to gain more insight about some of the hospitals I'm looking into. The hospitals include: UC Health, Denver Health, and Children's Hospital. [Additional information (just in case): I ultimately want to work with children. I would love to work at Children's Hospital but I keep hearing how hard it is to get into their residency program. I heard it's even more difficult for new grads that are from out of state like myself. I also heard the same thing for UCHealth. I'm feeling super nervous/anxious about applying to residency programs now]. If anyone is able to share information/experiences with these hospitals or residency programs, I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you in advance! ?
