I saw yesterday on FB someone said they got offered a position later that day, is this actually true? ? Anyone here heard back already?

They said you can apply with more than 12m since grad but they prioritize people within 12m

Hello, Did anyone go to the webinar? I didn't even know they had one. Looking at the webinar deck slides, it says we need our license by May 29? I graduate in a few weeks so I'm sure I won't have my license before then... does this mean I can't apply yet?
