I'm not expecting an invite at this point but was wondering if I missed a rejection email lmao I understand there are a ton of applicants but almost a month without any communication kinda sucks.

Has anyone not heard anything at all? My application has said recruiter review since 07/25 and I've not heard anything. I've been religiously checking spam to see if it went into there but wondering if anyone else is in the same boat.

Anyone heard anything about the Adult Surgical ICU or the OR? ?

Yeah its too long to wait to keep applying to their cohorts, it may be time to move on. There seems to be no rhyme or reason with their selection process and being an internal employee doesn't seem to mean much to them. This is my second time applying too and I can't wait around for a third or just keep using my LVN and not my RN.

Hopefully that's not where they're sending them cause we're not supposed to have access to them unless we're on a KP computer ? but it should go to your personal if that is where the career snapshot went

No but actually a legit slap to the face. They have a whole clause in the union contract too about like increasing retention of employees but then they do stuff like this ?. Super frustrating

I'm internal too. I saw all those postings and immediately clicked on them but they weren't available anymore. I've had 10 years LVN experience with direct patient care and am internal. I truly don't know what their application process is and the union we're in can't do anything either to help cause the RNs are in a different union ???

I'm sure they will update once the snapshot deadline is over. The Powerpoint timeline said we would know by May 17th if you get invited for an interview so that is what everyone is waiting on.

Oh dang, you got that app like a week before everyone including employees. I'm not sure then tbh.

Mine says "last updated April 26th". Cause the app wasn't even open on April 15th. Is it for Cohort 10?

For Kaiser? or is this about UC Davis, I know some people were talking about their apps for that

Hey! There aren't any LVN new grad programs. The best advice I can give is it get into Kaiser as an employee. They hire LVNs, I work for them now as one. They open up flu clinic positions around August and it's a great way to get your foot in the door. They also hire LVNs into clinic positions like adult and family medicine so that's worth checking out too! If you can get in with them as an LVN while you bridge to RN, when you apply for the RN new grad program, you'll be able to show your time of service as an employee.

Hi Alyssa! I understand completely! I have had my license since Feb., I have 10 years of LVN experience and probably have applied to over 60 jobs but nothing, a lot of the positions posted are for legal compliance and they end up going to internal employees. It is rough out here. I recommend looking in Ukiah or more rural settings. I don't know if that's too far for you but they have a new grad RN program that is hiring for ED, ICU and Med Surg. Thank you! I think it depends on how you answer? Some of the questions I put "no" like the veteran one. ?

When I got to #52 and finished, it went to a screen where it said "submitted" and instructed me to take a screenshot of the screen. Nice catch on following up, I'm glad you emailed them! The final screen should say that your form was submitted and to screenshot the screen ?

When is your grad date? I applied for a cohort last October that was going to start in January but had to withdraw my application because I didn't graduate till December and they wanted you licensed by 10/30
