    Hey guys, im very curious how it is now searching for a nursing job in the U.S. We are based in Switzerland and my wife (NCLEX passer) applied for a job a few days ago. She was very upset after hearing that they are only hiring if she already has a RN role. The thing is my wife is currently working as a nursing assistant because theres a certain process (a long one) if she wants to work as a Nurse and she hasn't done this yet. My question is, does this apply for everyone or did we just get a very strict employer/Agency? I appreciate all the responses. Edgar Rivera
