  1. Yes you get to pick but make sure you reply to every email they send you about clinical sites or they will just throw you somewhere. Its one of the best programs in the country. You will be an amazing nurse! Also for orientation I remember they did do make up orientation for those who missed it but don't quote me on it.
  2. Not true.Im in the program now.You have class 9:30 to 3:30..And clinicals Thursdays and Fridays ..Morning clinicals start at 6 and end at 2 depending on your instructor. And night clinicals is 2ish to 10 ish.We also have weekend clinical hours for those that work weekdays and have weekends off.No one is going to clinicals for 12plus hours. They will tell you all this at orientation and you will do a lot of validations before you will even be ready for your clinical sites.Good luck!
  3. @futurenurrsing I wasnt waitlisted ..I got in but my stats were 65 TEAS 4.0 GPA And A in A and P one don't give up.68 is not bad
  4. Capital is also a Thursday..The 1st of May.I think its supposed to be a Thursday
  5. I got accepted and I owe a lot of it to my advisor. She really helped me through the whole process and was honest with me about what grade was acceptable and what was not.So I knew my chances were great because she was on the board before and knew how the selection was.If you like I can personally give you her email.Clean up house a little bit more and apply again.Be kind to yourself. This is a journey..not a race.
  6. Accepted to Capital...All I did was log into selected admissions and accepted my seat.I did it early because I got accepted into the RT program and wanted to accept this seat first to make room for someone tht wants the RT place.Excited to meet you all.
