  1. Hi Mikail1! Congrats on getting an interview. I honestly have no idea how many applicants received interviews. As far as questions I would just make sure that you have your reason for why you want to go into nursing/a little bit about you outlined. I would also make sure you have a scenario in which you overcame conflict (specifically with another person) planned as well. Otherwise they just asked about how you're prepared to be in the program, what support you'll receive, and then they also asked what you would do in terms of the honor code and in the chance that someone is cheating. My biggest tips would be to make sure you're in a well lit room, are engaging, maintain eye contact, and you'll be just fine! Best of luck!
  2. Hi! I'm currently in an ABSN program and realized how quickly this application approached. I wasn't able to attend the info sessions so any info would be greatly appreciate. I also cannot seem to locate the application. Can someone please post the link?

  4. Thank you @Futurenurse2023., I really appreciate all of the details. This is super helpful to even just start mentally preparing for the program.
  5. @Futurenurse2023. Can you please tell us about what your first semester was like in terms of what the classes/class schedule was and what clinicals you had? And also if you have any study tips/how many hours a week you typically spend studying? And then lastly if there are any kind of "must haves" you think we should buy for class and clinical? Thank you so so much!! This is so appreciated, we're all so curious and excited.
  6. @nurseandactress click on the three bars at the top right corner and scroll down until you find break room. Click on it and then scroll through the available breakrooms and you should see one for our cohort.
  7. I started a "breakroom" for whoever is interested! It's "MSMU ABSN FALL 2024". It says a moderator needs to approve it but hopefully it opens soon ?
  8. Can't wait to meet you @Juliet Mattox ! And I'm so excited to meet the rest of you!
  9. I'm just staying at home and commuting from Pasadena. Trying to save as much money as I can since tuition is so expensive.
