  1. Hi! I am applying for CRNA school in the future and have two job offers and unsure which would look better on a resume! I currently got hired in CVICU at a trauma 3 hospital, but it has 46 beds, heart transplants, ECMO, LVAD, and all the devices. I just received an offer today for a teaching hospital that is affiliated with a university I will apply too in the future. It is smaller, 12 beds, more diverse population, but has no/less devices or heart transplants. I am unsure which would look better for an application. I came from a heart/lung transplant unit in Miami and feel that the university hospital does not offer as many critical patients, but that the name itself may help for applications.
