  1. Canadian Nurse to NYC forms required

    Hey all, Was wondering if anyone knew the exact forms that had to be sent as I am now a bit confused. https://www.op.nysed.gov/professions/registered-professional-nursing/license-requirements/pathway-4 On this part of the NYSED department it seems like all I need to fill out is a Form1, and a Form 2. However on this application check list. https://www.op.nysed.gov/sites/op/files/2023-10/RNChecklist.pdf It seems like I need a Form 1, and a Form 2F & Form 3F if I don't use the CGFNS for my NY state (not talking about visa screen here), currently don't want to use the CGFNs given the cost at this moment. Any help is appreciated. Thanks ?

    Hey all, Im currently going through the process of applying for a NY State RN license and am applying for my Visa Screen and am just wondering If I will need to do an English Proficiency Exam even if all my education was done in Canada and in English? Thanks
