    Hello, I am looking for other house supervisors/nursing supervisor/administrative supervisors who manage 24 hour staffing plans. I am looking for examples of how you are currently documenting your staffing plans for 24 hours. At my facility we are using on large paper with all of the units for a 24 hour snapshot that includes current staffing, call ins, ancillary staffing, staff floated, any acuity, sitters, and many other items. If anyone can provide samples of what they are currently using would be amazing.
