just got my email for admission into oakland! congrats to everyone, I wish you all the best!!

my admitted student portal was updated and it says I've been admitted to the oakland campus!

when I do that it just says application being reviewed so I guess there's no decision yet :/

where did y'all see the campus you got admitted?

yeah they moved it! IDK when but last week the new deadline was 3/15 too. they should just notify the dec 1 applicants already instead of making us wait this long ?

for those who got admitted for San Mateo cohort 1, was that your first choice? I really hope they are trying to give applicants their first choice selections!

I really hope we find out this month! hopefully they don't push it to April ?

sorry I edited my response because I read the question wrong! I haven't gotten an official letter of acceptance yet. I am waiting to hear back for san mateo cohort 2 and oakland!

I haven't gotten an official letter of acceptance so I'm not sure. I already had an Okta account so that's why I was able to see that notification posted to my account! I feel like that notification was a good sign LOL but that's just me hoping I got in. I hope that makes sense! one of the admission counselors told me your application will still be considered even with in progress courses so don't worry!! if you applied for the June start date, the course needs to be completed by 6/01/24!

CONGRATS!! was that your first choice?

I initially put the first cohort as my third choice but emailed them asking for that to be removed and they said my application was updated.

I signed up back in dec because I was gonna take two classes through smu. I remember they gave me a username in the email but they didn't give me a password to activate the account so I had to contact IT

it's OK haha IDK how to use this either but my title and description say "Student-OAK Special Status Spring 2024" and that's because I signed up to take two prereqs for earlier this year. I used the link you posted and saw a congratulations I just don't know what campus yet ?
