  1. Hey, so I am still in Chamberlain but because I had not been able to find another program in the area that offered evening classes. I took a one semester break though. Scheduled to start clinicals November, but transferring out as soon as this term is done. Going to FVI School of Nursing and Technology. They are accepting all my credits and although is for an ADN is only 18 months (will go straight into clinicals), I can then start working sooner and have my employer pay for whatever I have left for my BSN. This school is part of a workforce program in Broward County along with Broward College where they give you $12K towards tuition. https://careersourcebroward.com/career-seekers/occupational-training Attending this school because their NCLEX scores are great. Good relationships with local hospitals and offer evening classes. The staff is amazing. Hope this helps.
  2. Hello!! I currently attend Chamberlain Miramar. They are currently under probation and that has been ringing a lot of alarms for me. My gut is telling me to transfer out now that it's still early, and close nurse friends as well. She also advised to look into Broward College which is a community college and it would be for a fraction of the cost. But the only caviat is that I would have to go for the ADN first instead of the BSN, which in theory will take me longer than I had planned. I intend to do my MSN as well. Any thoughts? Pros and Cons? I have also heard that BCC is very very hard.
