I'm really disappointed by the lack of communication. I've reached out a few times for an update and haven't heard anything back. We've all put in a lot of time and effort, and as qualified professionals (many of us with other offers!) it's frustrating to not even get a response. It's left a bad taste in my mouth.

Oh really? They had said they were running ahead of schedule at my interview and were expecting decisions to go out before the end of the month. Maybe something changed

I'm interviewing on the 11th and I was wondering about the specifics too. "Writing assessment" makes me so nervous. I'm worried about writing something on the spot like that

I haven't received specific day & time yet so I just booked a flight that puts me there for both possible days. Figured I can change it later if I want.

I was waitlisted too

Also interviewed 2/28 and it's my first cycle applying ? 3.8 GPA, 1.5 years ICU experience in a reputable hospital system, preceptor, charge nurse, CCRN, chair of multiple unit committees, trained in all special therapies (I get a lot of ECMO, CRRT, PAH)

Got my interview offer today! Sort of nerve-racking because I wasn't expecting it so soon but I will be interviewing before the end of the month :)
