I'm currently in my last term of Biology at the University of Waterloo. I originally was in the co-op program which introduced me to working in a clinical setting but I switched into the regular stream so I could graduate with this biology degree (a little bit of sunk-cost fallacy LOL) and apply to accelerated nursing earlier.

Yeah I was also pretty shocked that they started sending emails out so soon but I guess it works out! I got mine yesterday at 8:02 PM. Hope this helps and best of luck!! :))

Yes sorry!! I meant application recieved. I've been getting the messages confused between different university portals! ??

I think they happened simultaneously. I saw the email first and it said that UofT made a decision on my application. When I went to the UofT portal a minute after the email was sent, they already changed my application from "pending" to "accepted". They did say it takes about 24 hours for the change to be reflected on the OUAC portal though. I hope this helps! ? And I applied pretty late. I ended up submitting everything Feb 1 at 11pm ish.

Congratulations! ? If you don't mind me asking, what was your average? I'm honestly still in shock that I received an offer so soon since my average is on the lower side (~80)

Got an acceptance to York one hour ago!! Super excited since it's my second choice! Going to wait for UofT before accepting this one since it doesn't expire for a while
