I thought it went okay. Historically I am not the best at interviewing but I actually did 2 2 hour interview prep sessions and I think that really helped. It took up the whole hour and they were honestly rapid firing questions at me — I probably had 8 situational/behavioral questions back to back. I just tried my best to give an answer even if I felt like I didn't have a very good example and try to beef it up by explaining how I felt that situation would make me a good nurse. If I had any advice it would just be to stay positive ? This was my 7th interview and I was starting to get discouraged I wouldn't get an offer but all it takes is 1! They offered me within 24 hours of my interview. 24 hours after & they called me!

yes for UTSW! I wouldn't be discouraged yet — they're still doing interviews for another 2 ish weeks!!

Commenting to say I just got a call with an offer from the ER :)So be on the lookout if you recently interviewed!!

every unit has a waitlist except for medicine, oncology, and med-surg at most locations. at least that's what the recruiter told me today when I talked to her about BUMC
