  1. I've emailed and im waiting to find out so I'll update here! As far as I know just the MN program starts in September?
  2. I wonder how many wait list spots there are for UNBC! My friend is on the waitlist! Fingers crossed!
  3. Don't give up!! I have been actively doing school for the last 2 years to improve my overall GPA! I have years of remote and ER experience but a weak GPA. I was rejected multiple times from multiple schools, not even waitlisted once! I took stats, retook Pathophysiology over last Summer, I took my remote certification through UNBC and did a semester of my masters. If you want this bad enough you'll get there
  4. This is also who I spoke to! They are probably so busy right now. UNBC really favors remote experience. I highly recommend taking their remote certification course. It was awesome and a great way to improve your assessment skills!
  5. A C... and I finished the redo with an A.
  6. When I spoke to UNBC about myself as a candidate last year they basically told me I'd never get in with a patho grade like what I had in. My undergrad. It sucked taking it again but worth it! I did it through TRUs open learning. HLTH 2501! I liked the format.. 2 papers and a midterm and a final. I did it through TRUs open learning. HLTH 2501! 8. I think because you had to submit your official transcripts. Mine is like that too and asking for me to withdrawal from TRUs MN program.
  9. Yes absolutely! You can email my work email too if you want! Send me a private message and I'll pass it on ? congratulations!
  10. I was in the same boat as you! Poor undergrad GPA but extensive nursing experience but schools wouldn't look at me. I re-took Patho, I did my remote certification and safe prescribers, worked at a remote clinic, and started my masters last fall... It has been a lot of work to get here!! See you there!!
  11. It said there's a decision about your application and to login on the dashboard
  12. Yah! Congratulations and see you there!
  13. I'm in ??? two years of trying so hard and it's finally going to happen for me!!
  14. I have my remote certification and safe prescribers course and have been working in remote clinics for the last year with those skills. Plus I worked for years in remote hospitals. My GPA is 3.85. I have been a nurse for 13 years. It's really sad but honestly GPA is what they look at first and foremost I believe. I can't out run my undergrad GPA I was 18 when I started nursing school! But I'm just playing the game to get to where I need to ??
  15. Same here... when I called TRU for feedback they said no one got in with a GPA less than 4.00. I'm currently working on my masters to boost my GPA.
