  1. Aquacel ag and adaptic

    Online says not to combine adaptic with aquacel ag is there a reason for this? I'm freaking out because on a patient I put adaptic on to prevent sticking and aquacel to absorb the wound exudate over top but now that I'm reading it says not to use together but I can't find why. am I just over reacting I'm really stressing about it
