Hi dear Suzanne Yesterday I heard the new rule, the nurse-patient ratio 5:1, and in CA every hospital has almost 35 vacancies. Due to shortage, some hospitals increased the wage (I read about a hospital in OCALA) so I think there should be more chances for us( I mean the international nurses) , don't you think so? is thereany newsabout hiring more foreign nurses ? Hi to all I am a RN with 7 years of exp. I have the CGFNS and VISA SCREEN certification.I'mliving out of U.S and looking for a job offer (ideally direct employment by a hospital) and Green card. actually when I was study hard for the nursing and English exams ,and paying a lot of money for the travelling to another country for the exams (because they are not available in my country), I was very hopefull, and when I passed them I was so happy and told myself that's it: I'm going to U.S and having a nice job and good life!!!! But now I wish if I never started this path!! because more than 7 months I stuck to internet, looking for a good job offer, directly by a hospital or a good agency (how simple I am) but it seems that I'm going to be a slave...:rotfl: All the agencies say: that's great , you are ready to swallow!!!because you paid and passed everything by youe own, here you are ,we have a good job for you with 20$per hour, 2 years contract , 20,000 cansellation fee, 80 hours vacation anually and so on.... Recently I got a very interesting offer! it is very confusing and very strange, in another word it is very attractive and very scary and complicated and totally unclear!!! I need advise, I wish if you could have a look on it and tell me if I can sign it or not. I didn't paste it because I'm not sure if I can do it or it is aginst the term of use. please do reply me ASAP
