  1. Ambulatory Clinical Ladder ideas

    Hello! I am currently on a hospital wide committee to expand our Clinical Ladder system. Currently, our Clinical Ladder is for inpatient colleagues only. We would like to expand to the outpatient/ ambulatory space. We are looking for ideas for "levels" or categories that my be specific to the outpatient space for nurses to achieve. Does any one have any experience in this or have some ideas that may apply to the outpatient/ ambulatory space to add to our current Clinical Ladder set of rungs? Thanks in advance!
