  1. What should I expect for 1st DWI >0.15 in Texas?

    I am not asking for legal advice or councel. I just want some people with experience to comment. I am an LVN in Texas and I recently got arrested for DWI BAC >0.15. I self disclosed to the board, and currently have no conviction as of now. It's my first time in trouble. If convicted, what should expect from the BON? Is doing the TPAN recommend? Should I use a nurse attorney in your opinion?
