Were the clinical questions tailored to your primary ICU practice

My guess is it will be mostly EI questions with maybe 1/2 related to your clinical specialties. 30 min interviews seems like way too short of a time to really dive into clinical questions when it seems their emphasis is on creating a cohesive cohort. My bet is they're modeling after Gonzaga who really push EI questions in their panels

Should hear by the end of the day either way - [MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME]'s email earlier this week stated he was willing to set up times with those wanting to better their resume/odds for the years to come so I'm sure they'll send out rejection letters instead of ghosting. Pretty much all of the schools use a point system. He was just nice enough to explain how it works.

Sounds like we will hear by the end of the week. Anyone have any insight the style of interview? Are they focused more on EI questions or mix of that with clinical?
