  1. She got it through online application but it is not a place as competitive as TMC. I still think going in person event will help you more than just the online application.
  2. You can take a gap semester and reapply next semester. I met a girl who didn't get a job graduated in August and she got a job at HCA with the December cohort now. I'm considering doing that too. The Houston nurse residency application experience has not been the best for me... I just had a random offer from Methodist and it is not the unit of my choice. I'm thinking if I can start work there and then re apply next cohort as well.
  3. Guys is this cohort really hard to get jobs or just me being not good enough...everyone told me that RN is always easy to get jobs, but right now I'm getting ghosted and rejected by all my top choices...
  4. For real... I'll just spend my first year there and then transfer hopefully to the pedi unit I really like,
