I'm new in USA, my experience in OR is a conventional one. I just been hired in a hospital where most of their equipment are endoscopes. I did have my few opportunity to scrubbed and circulate in some endoscopic procedure like Lap chole, appendectomy, etc.. but i never really perfected my skills on it, now in hospital where I'd be working deals a lot more in endoscopic procedures.. even with heart surgeries. is there anyone there who's kind enough to send me a brochure or study matterials on endoscope equipment, use, techniques, practices in different procedures that I need to learn? I would really appreciate it if you could give me a hand. anyhow I'm starting next month, I know the facility will definitely give me a hand on this but I want to at least read something about it before i actually get into action thanks
