I interviewed for Mission Hills and it still says under consideration. I don't know why they just don't reject me already. If they haven't made a decision yet maybe I'm still in the running. I don't know. I'm being hopeful, maybe waiting on people to accept their position positions and then.

I completely agree with you on this. The providence I interviewed for mostly asked behavioral questions. Like how does that determine if I'm qualified. What if the people next to me don't know anything clinical or aren't fit but they are very charming and know how to answer a question about a time they had a difficult patient. Like huh.

No it wasn't. I'm legit open to any unit I love nursing I just want a job within the hospital setting.

I haven't heard anything back I'm really upset. I'm assuming whoever got the job probably got the call in the morning. All units I'm assuming would have a set time to call.

It didn't give an option to put any of those and didn't say it in the website

I feel like it would be wrong to offer people spots to interview but it be first come first serve. Like if you are being offered an interview it shouldn't be taken away just because someone else got there first
