  1. Im an ICU educator at a smaller hospital. Im being tasked to start a fellowship program for my new grads. I don't have a lot of direction and everything I've searched is pretty vague. Im trying to find curriculum & how it's organized. I posted in the educator discussions but just wanted to reach out to any nurses that might have been through a fellowship program.
  2. My hospital wants to start a CCF, does anyone have any advice or resources they can share? All I know about fellowship is what I see on nurse application sites. I've been trying to find examples of curriculum & how it's organized but not finding anything.
  3. So Im a clinical educator, I'm working on education about chest tubes. I know that -20cmH2O is the most common order for dry suction control and less is for smaller people or pediatrics. Are higher negative pressures for larger people or is there other physiologic reasons to use for example -40cmH2O?
