The Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing CRNA 2024
Hey. I hope this helps. I didn't have a great GPA (3.3) cumulative. I did get my CCRN but I think my highlights are where I've gone with career. I've been a nurse 7 years, all in the ICU. And all specialties mostly: CVICU, BICU, VICU, NSICU, STICU, SICU, and Transplant ICU. I've also been teaching nursing students as my second job and have pursued publication while COVID-19, helping standardizing some standards in our hospital. My recommendation is to make yourself as well rounded as possible, I think that's what helped me. I got rejected from 2, accepted by 2 and waitlisted by 1. But I think it's holistic as a whole. Goood luck! ?

Cumulative GPA: 3.35 ADN - 2.8 AAS - 3.45 BSN - 4.0 Organic Chemistry - A CCRN ICU : 5.5 years 2 years - CSICU 3.5 years - Travel (All level one's in all specialties) my stats aren't that great at all, so I hope that helps. I was discouraged but I made sure to try and shine with other aspects. Good luck!
