  1. The end is also near with my Chem 121 for Healthcare Professionals class at Portage. It took time and a ton of work to get to this point, and as others have shared in their Chem 121 assessment. With that, has anyone recently taken the final? I want to do well, but there is no study guide or pretest, which differs from all of the previous module exams. Additionally, the professor only provided a study tip one-pager after I asked. How would you recommend attacking this final? Go back through all modules, re-do all practice problems, re-take old practice exams for the other modules? There is a significant amount of material, so does that sound right tp anyone that has taken Chem 121 at Portage? How did you study and prepare for the Chem 121 Portage Final exam?
  2. @MsAtoZthis is so helpful to know. I'm sorry about your experience with Rio Salado wasn't as positive, but you should feel great that you taught yourself some hard courses.
  3. Thank you, @MsAtoZ, I will definitely look at the Avila courses! Have you taken any at Avila? If so, which ones?
  4. Hello! I'm trying to decide between Portage's CHEM 103 or CHEM 121 as my program will accept either. Can anyone comment? First choice would be to attend at a local CC, but I have to take this one online because of timing. I haven't taken chemistry in years, so I just want to take the best option. Thank you for your input!
