I am looking to move to British Columbia / Vancouver. I am aware of the need to sign up the NCAS to get credentials matched and also sign up to the regulatory body BCCNM. I just don't know if I need a job offer first, if I need to apply for a visa or if they sort it for me? Do I need to move to Canada first or can most of it be done from the UK until I am ready to move over? I also have a 1 years old cat who I am looking to immigrate with also. I know I will need a SIN number but how do I get that? I just don't know where to start?
