  1. Community Hospitals in Los Angeles

    Has anyone had any success with community hospitals? I've applied many times to Huntington Park and keep getting rejected. Do they hire within? Should I go in person? I have over 10years of lvn experience, certs in BLS, ACLS, PALS, IVs, experience in foleys, wound care, EKGs, med admin. My coworkers are surprised I haven't been hired there as a few of them started there.. I'm assuming it's because of the over saturation of new grad RNs... I'm ready to look out of California.. I currently work for a big organization and I wonder if that is affecting my chances, as in do they foresee me leaving once I get experience.
