I did not get a phone call yesterday for a second interview. So, I believe I did not make it. I am planning on applying for the next cohort. Anyone here that applied for the second time and got in? If so, did you use the same application that got you selected for an interview for the first time or you made some changes? Also, how did you improve your interview skills overall? Thank you and congratulations to the ones who got a second interview and job offers and shared your experience with us. You are all much appreciated!

For those that were invited for a second interview, did you keep your answer under 2 minutes or they were a little over? I am practicing my answers and I am having a hard time at keeping them under 2 minutes. I want to know if this would be a problem. Thank you!
