  1. Location: Texas I was injured at work and treated with PT and medication. I'm also in nursing school. Due to the nature of my injury, I wasn't able to sit in a chair, attend lecture, or study as I was on strong painkillers. I failed my lecture class and was denied re-admission. The school was well aware of this and had offered me medical withdrawal. I didn't take it at the time but it was ONLY because I needed to work. (My job sponsors my education) I couldn't stop working. I was desperately trying to stay afloat. I appealed, presented my evidence, my case and was denied. Question is, can ANYTHING be done at this point? Can I talk to a lawyer about this and make them reconsider?
