License with a Background
I have no restrictions on my license and I was approved for multistate license.

Does the GA BON require a review before allowing a ATT?
No, restrictions and approved for Multistate license. The charge was extremely minor.

You'll still be fined if you answered no to the question on your application about "EVER been arrested". Report ALL arrests, even those you committed as a juvenile. My fine was $500 along with a public sanction.

I'm officially licensed as of 7/27. Did you take your boards? If your meeting is scheduled for September, you'll find out within 2 weeks afterwards, if they're going to fine you. The longest wait will be WHEN you'll receive the consent along with the fine (via email). Unfortunately, the NJBON will NOT be able to tell you when to expect it. I kept calling and emailing though....

NJ License
Do anyone know the process for the NJBON disciplinary? I passed my boards in March and I failed to disclose an arrest (underage gambling over 20 years ago), I submitted all the records in May (after being told by the call center to call back in 15 days- April and May, I finally drove to Newark, where a board member explained the holdup). What normally happens next? I submitted the arrest records for my LPN application (2020 and rec'd my license within 2 days of passing), I had no idea I had to submit them again (I'm an idiot).

similar situation with NJBON, I passed the NCLEX 3/28 and still waiting for my license. I didn't disclose I was arrested for underage gambling and now my file has to go to review board July. I'm just glad the hard part is over. It's completely out of my hands and God has the final say so. I'll have my license in July.
