I don't think there was an option to upload documents on the snapshot I think just on the actual application! I just submitted everything as a PDF file basically a portfolio.. I hope that's fine with them

I didn't get a follow up email saying my snapshot went through. But after I submitted it the page said "thank you for your response". Then I refreshed the page and it sent me back to the first page of the survey... I don't want to submit another response since we were told to do it only once. But I was wondering if it happened to anyone else? I emailed them to confirm that they received it, but I'm worried I won't get a response before the deadline.
