I think either way works but I uploaded the pdf to Adobe Acrobat and filled out my signature electronically. After submitting they gave me an email back confirming they received it.

Hi, I also applied but I was wondering if we will hear back by June 16 just like the traditional ADN program. Did anyone receive any email confirmation saying they received our application since we had to mail our application?
