Hi! I asked what are the characteristics of a successful nurse on the unit, what are some challenges I could encounter as a new grad, and how many they're hiring.

I'm glad your interview went well! My interview was alright. I think some of my answers were good but I stumbled a little bit. They said I had good questions at the end. I also asked how many they're hiring and they said 6. I interviewed at RR.

I think they're the last to give out offers. Same. I really want the job at UCLA and I'm trying to be hopeful. It's not over until it's over ?

I don't think they're gonna sent out more offers at this point. I think it's very rude of them to keep us waiting for an update and not let us know we didn't get the position ? Oh well, good luck in your job search guys! You're gonna do great wherever you end up!
