  1. Anyone know what the new grad starting rate is?
  2. Does anyone know anything about Saddleback releasing other new grad positions? It seems like all they've posted so far is LDRP.
  3. Anyone receive any offers today?
  4. No, if you scroll back someone got hired in the ED with only one interview. I interviewed for oncology though which did have a second interview!
  5. Didn't get a second interview, so I'm assuming I'm out of the running at this point. Good luck to everyone in their nursing journey!
  6. I don't think it's first come first serve. I think it depends on if they reach out to you or not
  7. Congrats on finishing the second interview! Wishing the best for you--sounds like it went well ?
  8. CONGRATS! You must be so excited! So so happy for you! Can I ask if you received this news through text/call/email? Was it from the manager or was it from the recruiter?
  9. @futur3nurs3s did they also ask you if you prefer day shift or night shift during your first interview with onc?
  10. It seems like @kekenursebsnrn received a second interview for med surg/onc! I know they had previously mentioned that's what they interviewed for the first time around. My interview with onc was also pretty short, but I thought it went well....Still trying to be hopeful ?
  11. Has anyone else received second interviews for any of the units?
  12. Congrats!! Can you specify what they said when they reached out to you?
  13. One of my applications just went from new to closed! I do think we should be hearing back either this week or next week. Seems like they're working on things.
  14. What units did you apply to?
