Hello all, thus far Utah DOPL has been extremely unhelpful with this topic. I am a BSN student set to graduate next month from a university in the state of Montana. I plan to move to Salt Like sometime this Summer. Regarding licensure by endorsement in the state of Utah, if I am licensed in the state of Montana, but will have held the license for less than 1 year, am I still able to apply for licensure by endorsement? If not, what are my options for licensure in the state of Utah while holding a compact license less than 1 year? Further, if it would just make way more sense to wait and apply for my initial licensure in the state of Utah, would I be able to receive my Authorization to Test from the state of Utah (if a resident) even though I graduated from a different program? Thanks and apologies if there are clear answer here, but I am beginning to get extremely frustrated with the lack of support I am getting through this process.
