I also scheduled mine at the SF VA, but I saw on the site to make appointments that dedicated sites are designated for that agency's employees/applicants only. When it shows SF VA it shows that its location is restricted to Agency, so I'm confused if we are allowed to go there or not.

Did you schedule it at the SF VA? I didn't see any appts for tomorrow, so I scheduled mine in 2 weeks. My unit manager emailed me my schedule for the next few weeks and I'm starting as day shift!

I received that email as well! I think its a different thing since the fingerprints were for our background check. I'm just wondering if we need to complete it asap or something. I saw that the Mountain View location only has appts in Sept and other locations like in SF have a lot of slots for July, but I'm not sure if we can go to those locations LOL. I thought we would be doing this on Monday but I guess not ?

Did a HR Assistant (different from HR specialist I guess haha) reach out to you? After she emailed me I was contacted by occupational health 3 days later to schedule my physical.

Just wondering where everyone is in terms of the onboarding process? I completed all the major requirements like VetPro, Eqip, etc. + filled my forms. Just waiting on orientation to fill out the benefits section. I'm not really sure what the next steps are LOL Has anyone been in contact with HR/received an FO yet?

I haven't been reached out about the physical. I completed NBIS, which is the background check, but I'm not sure if that's in replace of e-quip or not. Have you done been reached out to complete NBIS?

Have you guys filled out the benefits information section in your tasks? I'm a little confused on some parts and was wondering if you received info about it or are we supposed to research on our own?

oh hmmm thats interesting.. were you able to schedule one with them or no? I'll probably call HR later and I'll share info that I get or I'll see if I can talk to someone there on Friday since their office is in the same building as Fingerprints. I feel like these things should be flexible since we don't start in July LOL

I haven't received any info about E-QIP besides general info about it which was included in my TO email. I hope the days are flexible for the physical bcos I'm leaving for vacation mid may and will only have access to my email ? I did email HR to ask about it but so far no response.

Aaah...yea I completed VetPro already. But I'm not sure about the physical LOL maybe we'll get more info later?

Yea I had 3 forms to sign and for 2 of them I had to email them back to her including other things. I also had some tasks to do on the onboarding portal ?

Hi guys! I was just wondering if y'all emailed the signed forms to HR? If you did, did she respond back to you or no? She didn't respond back to me so I just wanted to see with y'all haha
