I wouldn't expect a decision until after 8/11 y'all.

Who knows, this cycle seems a bit unorganized. Delayed deadline, new "under review" email, and no acceptance letters sent out. Just gonna have to wait it out.

Those that got accepted so far, want to make a groupme or something? Also has anyone gotten their actual acceptance letter?

Did y'all have plenty of volunteer and clinical experience also? I think that's the deciding factor in this super early round of acceptances. Also a good personal statement and resume.

Yea I'll call them again tomorrow. I talked to one of the ladies closest to the actual committee that admits students. I never did give her my name but she said that they basically use an algorithm plus the committee members own judgment on who is most likely to succeed in the program and I just didn't make it I guess. Yea I'm going to apply to UTMB UTH and TWU this next cycle. Thanks for the reply Denji!

In terms of my grades, I really can't do much more to improve. I also have volunteered as a translator in a pediatrics clinic and have done food drives. My enrollment coach looked over my transcripts and said I have everything I need. I'm just confused because surely they have looked over my app by now and they still couldn't make a decision. But you are right, I could still get in and I'm worried for nothing.

So I still haven't heard back from them, I called and asked if rejections have gone out and they have apparently. Historically speaking, what do y'all honestly think my chances of getting in are at this point?

Maybe tomorrow they will send out another wave. My status is still under review so I'm still in it LOL
