Yes, NYP is automatic enrollment and you should apply directly to their postings. It's not like NYU where there is a specific new graduate posting. And I'm not sure about Mount Sinai.

Yeah I got that same email, I also got the reference request on Thursday so we're in the exact same boat! 'start date' made me think I'm almost accepted but it's just contingent upon getting these reference contacts submitted... so hopefully we get an email early next week!! good luck to you too!
