Thank you for the information. I knew it's going to be very competitive to get into L&D. If they have so many internal candidates, why did they decided to interview the non-internal applicants? I did applied to the med-surg one and mother baby unit. I also got an interview for mother baby unit. It's been a week already and I haven't heard back from them. For the med-surg application , they asked to interview with the ER. I don't know how they place me there. I didn't show interest in working there so I wasn't get selected. Anyway.
